Anthony brings deep expertise from his tenure at Bank of Queensland (2013-2025), where he served as Chief Product Officer for Online Banking and Self-Service, managing digital channels processing over $50 billion in annual transactions. He led the delivery of BOQ’s new digital banking platform in 2024, oversaw a major online banking system upgrade for classic customers, and launched a new mobile app—one of the bank’s largest delivery years on record.

Prior to his CPO role, Anthony drove major transformation initiatives as Program Manager for BOQ’s Cloud Transformation, CRM implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and Open Banking programs, partnering with Microsoft and Avanade to modernise customer engagement platforms across 2,000 staff members. His earlier roles at BOQ included Senior Manager of Technology & Continuous Improvement and Senior Delivery Lead, where he built a track record of delivering complex, multi-million dollar programs. Anthony excels at agile delivery with hands-on experience, effectively bridging the gap between technology and business teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and International Business from Queensland University of Technology and professional certifications including Prince2 Practitioner, ICAgile Certified Professional, and Change Management Practitioner.
Today, Anthony partners with executives to turn strategy into pragmatic delivery, harmonising customer experience, CRM, and integration services to deliver visible value early through iterative design-to-prototype approaches.
