Anthony Ingeri is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Anteri Advisory and a financial services transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience across banking, investment management, credit services, and technology-enabled change.
Before establishing Anteri, Anthony spent 12 years with BOQ Group, where he held senior leadership roles across online banking, self-service, core banking transition, CRM, Open Banking and continuous improvement.
He led customer-facing platforms processing more than $50 billion annually, supported mobile banking services used by more than 200,000 customers and led a multi-year Dynamics 365 transformation affecting more than 2,000 employees across BOQ, BOQ Business, BOQ Specialist and Virgin Money Australia.
Anthony’s experience spans strategy, investment cases, product leadership, regulatory engagement, customer migration, architecture, integration, delivery governance and organisational change. He has worked directly with boards, executives, regulators, technology teams and implementation partners to turn complex transformation objectives into practical, sustainable outcomes.
His perspective is grounded in having been accountable not only for implementing platforms, but also for operating, improving and supporting them after launch.
